The Opportunity

Working directly with our Contact Centre Managers and Team Coaches as part of our Customer Service leadership team you will lead a team of consultants to go out of their way to provide our members with a memorable experience on every customer interaction.  This is a unique opportunity to join Medibank in a leadership position to help drive our customer experience to the next level. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging, coaching, mentoring and inspiring a team of Consultants to provide a high quality customer experience with each interaction, delivering exceptional NPS for Medibank;
  • Ensuring a consistent focus on improving behavioural metrics, making sure values and behaviours are aligned; and
  • You will also play a key role in delivering customer, operational, people and sales targets for the centre and be responsible for the operational performance and overall direction of your team.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership position within a high volume service/sales contact centre. You will bring a highly developed customer centric attitude and focus.

You must have demonstrated experience in coaching and developing high performing teams.  A track record on delivering to targets for both service and sales and improving NPS results are essential to this role.

While knowledge and understanding of the health, finance or insurance industry in Australia would be highly desirable, it's not essential.
